REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. For customers outside the EU, a 7-day refund period applies.
2. Refund Conditions
A refund may be granted if:
You have not downloaded or viewed more than 10% of the Product’s content
Your request is made within the specified time frame
Your request is justified (technical defect, content differs from the description, etc.)
3. Refund Procedure

Include a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
QTap Labs, LLC will review your request within 5 business days
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be granted if:
You have viewed more than 10% of the Product’s content
The refund period has expired
You have shared or distributed the Product to others
Your request lacks a valid justification
5. Refund Payment Methods
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Processing times for refunds by your bank or payment provider may vary.

6. Partial Refund
If you have viewed between 5% and 10% of the content, a partial refund may be offered, at the discretion of QTap Labs, LLC.
7. Remedies
If your refund request is denied and you are not satisfied, you may contact your payment provider to dispute the transaction in accordance with their policies.
8. Exceptions and Special Cases
QTap Labs, LLC reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a technical issue or product defect, we may offer a full refund, even if the deadline has passed.
